pioneer woman simply perfect chili

Place the ground beef in a large pot and throw in the garlic
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- One 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup masa harina (corn flour, found in the Mexican food section of many supermarkets)
- One 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- One 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- Shredded Cheddar, for serving
- Chopped onions, for serving
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving
Italian meatball recipe

Mix all of the ingredients into a large bowl
- 1 1/2 pounds of lean beef or pork (or use a mixture of both)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of salt (can use less)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons of dried parsley

Pour berries into a large bowl
- Frozen mixed berries (I used two smaller bags from Walmart)
- 1 tub Cool Whip*
- 1 large container of vanilla yogurt (I used Stoneyfield french vanilla)
- 1 small package of cheesecake pudding mix

Combine the eggs and milk in a medium-sized bowl
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 6 breasts), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- Peanut oil (is best) or canola oil, for frying

- 1-1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 3/4 cups Oats
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Very Finely Minced Onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Plenty Of Ground Black Pepper, to taste

- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (coating For Frozen Meatballs)
- Canola Oil

- FOR SAUCE
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
- 4 Tablespoons (to 6 Tablespoons) Onion
- 1 dash Tabasco
Queso with Hatch Chilies

1.Pre heat the broiler. 2
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (do not use pre shredded)
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 3 Hatch chiles
- 3 Tbsp. minced cilantro (optional)
- Tortilla chips or fresh tortillas for scooping and eating

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 (4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups chocolate chips
