sesame chicken

1. Combine chicken ingredients except cornstarch and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1-2 tablespoon sesame oil (to personal taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 dash red chili pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (or more is you want a thicker sauce)
- Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder (optional)
- 2 drops sesame oil
- cornstarch, to coat chicken
- Vegetable oil or Peanut oil (for frying)
- Sesame Seed (to garnish)
- Sliced Green Onion (to garnish)
- prepared Rice, to serve.

•Place the strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
- 2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled

1. Heat up a large, deep skillet over medium high heat
- SAUCE:
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 T flour
- 1 28 ounce can enchilada sauce (I used mild)
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 T fresh cilantro, chopped
- MEAT and FILLING:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 4 ounce cans green chilies
- 1/2 t salt
- 12-14 white corn tortillas
- 3 C cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 C black olives, chopped
- 1 C green onions, chopped
- 1/2 C cilantro, chopped

1.In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon with a whisk
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder

- 2 whole Eggs Beaten

- 2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup

This will make enough for 2 people to have a big mug with a bit leftover
- 2 cups milk (I used 1%)
- 2 T canned pumpkin
- 2 T white sugar
- 2 T vanilla (not a typo. it asks for tablespoons)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- OR: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp cloves, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and a teeny tiny pinch of ground ginger
- 1/2 cup brewed espresso or 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee

Mix together all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch (for dusting)
- 1 white onion (diced)
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- oil (for drying)
- Sauce-
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sake or rice wine
Tater Tot Casserole

Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 18 ounces tater tots (1/2 of a bag)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
