Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups zucchini (grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Grill Chicken breasts until fully cooked and cut into small strips
- 1 store bought or homemade pizza crust
- Sauce-
- 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon honey
- Toppings-
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast (grilled)
- 1 small red onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup grated gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Slice steak against the grain thinly into strips
- 1 lb flank steak
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli (sliced into florets)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 slices fresh ginger (finely minced)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

First, whip up the pie crust: Mix the flour and salt in a bowl
- Pie Crust:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup vegetable shortening or lard
- 3/4 cup salted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- Filling:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup corn syrup (light or dark)
- 1/3 cup melted salted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 whole eggs beaten
- 1 cup (heaping) chopped pecans

Mix egg yolks and soy sauce with a bit of water
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” cubes)
- Flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- Oil
- 3 firm tomatoes (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 2 onions (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 1 green pepper (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 1 can pineapple chunks (reserve juice for sauce)
- Sweet and Sour Sauce-
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

combine chicken and cornstarch in a small bowl and toss to coat
- 1 lb boneless-skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” pieces)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons green onions (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Cut chicken breasts into 1” chunks and in a glass bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients and mix well
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons raw sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Marinade-
- 1 teaspoon chicken base
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- ground white pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon raspberry wine (or any fruity flavored wine)
- Batter-
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup water (or as much as needed to make batter smooth)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sauce-
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- a sprinkle of ground black pepper

- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs (or bread crumbs)
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons butter
- Gravy-
- 1 onion (sliced into rings)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 2 tables spoon flour
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- Parmesan Cheese (for garnish)
- Minced parsley (for garnish)
