spicy lemon chicken wraps

Let's get started! First you'll need to marinate your chicken
- 3 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 handfulls cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 6 tbsp hot sauce of your choice (you can see mine bellow)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 big pinch of salt
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp of Waitrose garlic sauce (or 1 clove of roasted garlic, squeezed)
- 1 big pinch of rock salt
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- creme freche

chinese fried rice

In a wok heat sesame oil. Add peas and carrots mix, onions and garlic and stir fry until tender
- 3 cups white rice (preferably long grain, cooked and a day or so old)
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots mix (thawed)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or more)
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large green chiles, diced
- 2 jalapenos, finely diced
- 1 poblano chile, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 pounds diced frozen hash brown potatoes (2 bags)
- Salt and ground pepper
- 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack
- 8 slices bacon, fried and chopped

Mix together flour, eggs and milk in a bowl
- 1 lb crappie fillets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine pineapple, red bell pepper, onion, and green bell pepper in a bowl and mix
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 Red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 Green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- salt (to taste)

- Fruit:
- Butter, for greasing baking dish
- 3 pounds frozen peaches
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (note: we did not do this in the show, but it is necessary)

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 heaping tablespoons sugar, plus extra for sprinkling over the top

favorite meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Meatloaf:
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 6 slices White Bread
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup (heaping) Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cup Minced Flat-leaf Parsley
- 4 whole Eggs Beaten
- 10 slices Thin/regular Bacon
- Sauce:
- 1-1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Tabasco To Taste

Cook shells according to package directions
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 (8oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 (26 oz) jar of spaghetti sauce (whatever you like)
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 18 jumbo pasta shells (cooked according to package directions and drained)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/3 cup dry red wine

For the sauce: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the canola oil and flour
- Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- One 28-ounce can enchilada or Mexican red sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Meat:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- The Rest:
- Canola oil, for frying
- 10 to 14 corn tortillas
- Two 4-ounce cans diced green chilies
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 3 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
