Check Your Blackberry

Blend
- 3/4 cup instant oatmeal nuked in water
- 1/3 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey-protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 3 ice cubes
Tropical HAWAIIAN Ice Cream

Blend on high until smooth ! IMPORTANT : instead of 100% Juice concentrate you can also add juice, milk, 1/2
- 1 cup 100% Mango, Peach, Orange juice concentrate
- 2-3 hands full of Costco fruit mixture frozen mango, pineapples, papaya and strawberries
- Mango season use our beloved island fruits fresh to make this deliscious blend
- 1 scoop of Mila [ Optional] order at http://claudiagarcia.lifemax.net or www.lifemax.net/claudiagarcia
- if you use frozen fruit you do most likely not need to add ice any more unless it is not frozen enough
- add a hand full carrots, cabbage OPTIONAL
- Honey to sweeten if you need too
SEASONING:

Mix together
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (plus more if necessary; how much you'll need depends on how much salt is in your chili powder and how salty your beef broth is. Start small here and add more a little at a time to the final beef mixture if necessary)
- 1 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like it hot; 1/4 tsp. had a little bite for me and was just right)

Blend
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup cubed ripe mango
- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
Crescent Rolls

Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt, butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 1/4 cups all purpose flour
Enchiladas

Heat the oil and slowly add the flour a little at a time
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2/3 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- spices ( I used cumin, ground coriander and cayenne)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup salsa
- water
- tortillas ( I used corn)
- cheese
- can add cooked chicken too
Strawberry Shortcut

Blend
- 1 scoop low-fat strawberry ice cream
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
Green Bean Bundles

Cut bacon in half. Wrap a slice around 6-10 beans Place in baking dish
- Bacon
- Whole green beans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. worstershire sauce
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Line 10 muffin cups. Mix all ingredients in food processor ( I used blender) Pulse until everything is combined D
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Granola Bars

Spread oats on a baking sheet and toast in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes
- For Granola:
- 2 cups oats
- 3/4 cup puffed rice cereal
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds, salted and roasted
- 1 cup crushed peanuts, salted and roasted
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- For Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/4 semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. shortening
