Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Pour all ingredients in blender pouring ice in last
- 2 whole Chiquita Bananas (best with brown flecks on peel)
- 2 cups Ice
- 1/3 cup Yogurt - preferably Greek yogurt flavored with honey
- 1/2 cup Cooked oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Almonds
Extreme Chocolate

Blend
- 1 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 tablespoon chocolate whey-protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 3 ice cubes
Banana Bread Bars

1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan
- Banana Bread Bars:
- 1-1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1-3/4 (3 or 4) ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
- Brown Butter Frosting:
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 c. powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. milk
Pesto Torta

Line a small shallow dish with saran wrap
- 4 pieces of sun dried tomatoes
- 4 leaves of fresh basil
- 3 tubs (6 oz.) garlic and herb cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoe tapenade
- 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
Gooey Chocolate Skillet Cake Ice Cream Sundae

- Cake Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Frosting Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3-4 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Squash Casserole

Cook squash, squeeze out excess water
- 2 cups mashed cooked squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Strawberry Guava sorbet Ice Cream

Blend on high until smooth and frozen !
- 1 cup 100% Guava juice concentrate
- 2-3 hands full of strawberries or more if you need a bigger portion icecream
- if you have frozen strawberries you do not need to add ice unless the texture is not frozen enough
- add a hand full carrots, cabbage OPTIONAL
MEATBALLS

Preheat oven to 400. Place all ingredients in large bowl
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Chicken stuffing mix
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup grated pamesan cheese
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Stir yeast into water in a large bowl
- Rolls:
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 package (or 2 1/4 tsp.) active dry yeast (at room temp)
- 1/3 c. whole or 2% milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. solid-pack pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 . c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Filling:
- 1/3 c. (1 stick) butter
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2-3 tbsp. solid-pack pumpkin puree or pumpkin butter (optional)
- Frosting:
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. whole or 2% milk
- 2-3 c. powdered sugar
Apple, Celery and Walnut Salad

Toss the apples with lemon juice in a bowl
- 2 Fuji apples, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
