Banana Bread

I make it in a 9X13 pan and cook for 30-35 minutes
- Banana Bread
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking pwd.
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Streusel nut Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- cut in 2 Tbsp. butter
- stir in 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Taco Pinwheels

-Brown meat, drain, add seasoning according to directions
- Ground beef---1 lb.
- Taco seasoning
- Salsa—1 cup
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Cream cheese—2- 8 oz. pkgs.
