Crockpot Oatmeal

Spray crockpot with pam. Put all ingredients in and mix well
- 1 cu quick cooking oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter- melted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
4-Ingredient Pizza Bake

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 pouches (7.5 oz each) Bisquick® Complete buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 cup water

Cranberry Chicken

Mix the sauce (I do it right in the gallon sized freezer bag) then add chicken and freeze
- 8 oz Catalina salad dressing
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 - 1 lb can cranberry sauce

Broccoli Salad

Trim broccoli into bite sized pieces
- 1 head broccoli
- 6-8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tblp. Vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- raisins
Crockpot Bacon Bourbon Baked Beans

The night before, add beans to a large pot and cover with water
- 1 pound dry navy beans
- 10 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into pieces
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1 cup loosely packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Southwest Ziti

Cook pasta. Brown beef and drain
- 8 oz. ziti
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. salsa
- 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. green chili peppers- drained

- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

- ▪ 2 eggs
- ▪ 2 cups applesauce, unsweetened
- ▪ 5 cups, Old Fashioned rolled oats
- ▪ 1 banana, mashed
- ▪ 2 3/4 cups milk (I used 1%)
- ▪ 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- ▪ 6 packets of Sweetleaf Stevia or 1 1/2 teaspoons stevia powder
- ▪ 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ▪ 3 teaspoon baking powder
- ▪ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ▪ 1 teaspoon salt
