Ham and Broccoli Quiche

Preheat oven to 375F Lightly grease a 10 inch pie plate
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 oz) package chopped, frozen broccoli—thawed and drained
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
CINNAMON QUINOA BAKE

1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF and place the quinoa in a large mixing bowl
- 2 1/2 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Seasoned Pretzels

Pour Pretzels into large bowl
- 1 - one pound bag pretzels
- 3/4 cup - olive oil
- 1 tsp - garlic powder
- 1 tsp - lemon pepper
- 2 tsp - dill weed
- 1 pkg - ranch seasoning (Hidden Valley / Uncle Dan’s / etc.)
The Whey-Too-Good Smoothie

Blend
- 3 ⁄4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 3 ⁄4 cup 1% chocolate milk
- 1 ⁄4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 ⁄2 banana
- 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons chocolate whey-protein powder
- 6 ice cubes
Kung Pao Chicken/Shrimp

Heat pan over med-high heat- add oil and shrimp/chicken
- Sesame Oil
- 8 oz. peeled, deveined, tail off shrimp
- (or two chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces)
- chopped veggies (carrots, onion, peppers, etc)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 5 TBSP Kung Pao Sauce ( I buy a foil packet-
- that says Kung Pao Chicken Sauce- I use the
- whole packet)
- 3 TBSP Hoison sauce
- Hot Oil- to taste (I haven’t used this yet)
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Jar of unsalted peanuts (I omit this)
- Steamed jasmine rice
PIZZA DOUGH

Stir warm water, yeast and sugar in bowl until dissolved
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup cool water
Summer Smoothie

- 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cubed honeydew lemon
- 4 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey powder
- 3 ice cubes, crushed

- 1/2 cup peeled, ready-to-eat cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey-protein powder
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 3 ice cubes
