- 2 1/2 cups Vanilla soy milk or skim milk
- 1/2 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 or Vanilla creamer or Hazelnut creamer
- 4 oz of Nestle Hot Cocoa
- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/8 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 2 teaspoons whey-protein powder
- 6 ice cubes, crushed
Strawberry Bread

- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 3 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Berry Berry Smoothie

- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup soy milk or 1% milk
Upset Stomach Ice cream

- 1 cup Welch's 100% White Grape Juice Concentrate
- 1 and a 1/2 Limes with the rind [2 OPTIONAL if you want more LIME FLAVOR] WASHED
- 1/2 inch slice of ginger [ if you do not have ginger you can do it without it tastes great too and helps your stomach]
- 2 cups of ice or more till it is frozen enough- Blend on high until smooth and frozen
Halle Berries Smoothie

- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup mixed frozen blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries
- 2 teaspoons whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes, crushed
Lime Dancing

- 1/2 cup frozen lime juice concentrate
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey-protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
MARGARITA CUPCAKES

- Cupcakes Preheat Oven to 350
- Cupcakes
- 1 pkg white cake mix (no pudding in the mix)
- 10 oz. Jose Cuervo Margarita mix (liquid in the bottle, this is non-alcholic so
- can get anywhere)
- 3 egg whites
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest grated
- MARGARITA BUTTERCREAM ICING
- 2 sticks of unsalted butter (room temp)
- 1 1/4 lb. confectioner sugar (I think this is like 4 Cups)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh Lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons Jose Cuervo Margarita mix
- 2 Tablespoons of lime zest grated
- Margarita Salt or Kosher Salt
- Green gel paste food color
Everyday sushi:

Simply flatten the bread with a rolling pin, get it really flat
- Wheat bread, crusts off and cut into a square
- Peanut butter
- Banana
- Wheat Germ (*Tip: Wheat germ is a great way to sneak in iron and nutrients. It is hardly noticed by even the pickiest kids. Sprinkle in oatmeal, yogurt, peanut butter, etc.)

You can add a hand full of carrots and cabbage remember as long as you can hide it you will not be able to taste it
