Here's how: start out with fresh sour mix, which is a 2:1 ratio of fresh squeezed citrus juice to simple syrup

  • For one drink:
  • 2 oz of tequila
  • 2-3 oz of your fresh sour mix
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice, depending on how thick and how strong you want the drinks to be. Blend on medium speed for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
  • Serve in a chilled glass with a salted rim and a wedge of lime.
