Old No. 7 Flank Steak

Poke some holes in the flank steak with a sharp knife about 1/8 of an inch deep in the shape of an “X
- 2 pounds flank steak, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- Butter
Buffalo Chicken Garbage Bread

Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 pizza dough (I used store bought and let it sit out for about 20 minutes)
- 8 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese (I used part skim)
- 3 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of Franks Wing Sauce
- 1/3 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing
Blue Crab Chili

Disolve crab base in water to make stock and set aside
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups water
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz fresh or canned blue crab meat
- flour tortillas cut in wedges
- 1 small yellow onion diced
- 1 TBS Dry Jerk Seasoning Blend (unsalted)
- 1 TBS + 1/2 TSP Minor's crab base
- 1 cup small white beans (cooked not dry)
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Directions Place the salsa, taco seasoning, lime juice, and cilantro into a slow cooker, and stir to combine
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package dry taco seasoning mix
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

Heat a heavy skillet or saute pan over medium heat
- 1 London Broil Steak
- 16 oz fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 Large onion, sliced
- 2 tbs fresh thyme, minced
- 3 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup flour
- 48 tbs oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Pork Loin in Peanut Sauce

Heat oven to 350°F. Heat 1 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 boneless pork loin (2 lb.)
- 2 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1/2 small onion, sliced Whole Foods — 2 lb For $0.99 thru 11/17
- 3 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 ancho peppers, stemmed, seeded and hydrated
- 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 3/4 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, divided
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Balsamic-Mushroom Steak Sauce

Add mushrooms and thyme to skillet; cook and stir over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until tender
- 8 ounces cremini or button mushrooms, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Bread Stuffing

Take bread out the night before and put in large bowl to dry out
- 2 loaves Bread
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 3 tbsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
- 1 cup onion diced
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBS Butter
