- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 package corn tortillas
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- For the sauce:
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2-3 chipotle peppers, finely chopped
