- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper

- 4 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 3 to 4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola (not creamy or doice

Heat butter and saute onion
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Chicken cut into pieces or use Stew Beef
- 1 cup chicken stock or 2 bullion cubes in 1 cup boiling water.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups flour
