CREAMY AND CHEESY CHICKEN AND RICE

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs fresh minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast
- 4 cups steamed brown rice
- 1/4 cup all purpose, unbleached flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Top with 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped thyme (optional)

- 6 T Flour
- 6 C Chicken stock
- 2 C Lager beer
- 4 Sprigs Thyme
- 2 C Gruyere cheese (cubed), plus finely grated Gruyere cheese, for garnish
- 2 T minced Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley, garnish
- 8 hot dog buns

- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbs tarragon
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 lb shrimp, shelled and cleaned

- 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast cut into,small pieces.
- 4 laughing cow blue cheese wedges (i used the round mozzarella laughing cow)
- 3 tbs. buffalo wing sauce i,used sweet baby ray's.
- half of a celery stalk finely chopped.
- 16 wonton wrappers in produce section by vegan,and,juice section on wall.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Spicy Maryland Crab Dip

Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 pound fresh crabmeat
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning TM to taste

- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- ... 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter

- One 16-ounce can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- One 12-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Pinch salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
