Rib-Eye with Mustard-Beer Pan Sauce

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season well salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boneless rib-eye steaks
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium shallot, minced
- 1 cup lager or pilsner beer or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Macaroni au Gratin

Preparation Bring a medium pot of water to a boil
- 6 ounces macaroni
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 6 ounces white cheddar,1 shredded (about 1/2 cups)
- 2 ounces Grana Padano or Parmigiano-Reggiano, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 ounces Jarlsberg cheese, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 cups heavy cream
Lasagna Frittas

Boil and stir together butter, white pepper, milk, parmesan, and feta cheese
- Breading:
- 2/3 CUP MILK
- 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 6 OZ FETA CHEESE
- 1/4 TSP WHITE PEPPER
- 1 TBSP BUTTER
- 7 LASAGNA NOODLES
- 1 OZ MARINARA SAUCE
- 1 OZ ALFREDO SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP MILK
- 1 EGG

Lauryn's Cheese Rice Casserole

- 3 cups cup of minute rice
- 1/4 lb butter
- 4 tsp flour
- 1 tsp Nances Mustard
- 1 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 cups milk
- 1 jar Old English Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby jack

Lobster Caveman Style with Foo Foo Sauce

Here’s a recipe to try on your grill for the upcoming July 4th weekend
- 2 lobster tails (I used previously frozen spiny lobster tails from Costco)
- 1-1/2 SYD Chicken Rub
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Foo Foo Egg Sauce
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon white miso paste (or substitute with Kosher salt)
- Pinch of white sugar
- Chopped tarragon for garnish (or Italian parsley)
Glazed Snow Peas and Carrots

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons honey
Crab and Artichoke Dip

Directions Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- 1 ⁄2 cup regular mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 ⁄2 cup extra old cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 ⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 ⁄2 lb crabmeat, picked over for shells or 2 (7 ounce) cans crab, well drained and squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard or 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill, if necessary
Wild Garlic and cheese potatoes

- 1 pint (500ml) whipping cream
- 4 oz (100g) cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 oz (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated
