- 3 pita pocket bread (6 inch)
- olive oil
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Dip
- 8 ounces full fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely minced red onions
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 200 g cooked chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

- 1 bottle Samuel Adams Boston Lager
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 8 all-beef hotdogs
- 8 hot dog buns
- 3 ounces Samuel Adams Boston Lager
- 3/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For the soaked wood chips:

- 3/4 block of Velveeta
- 2 cups of shredded colby jack
- 2 sticks of butter
- 10 cups of milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar
