- Duncan Hines Deluxe white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cup tequila
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- Margarita mix, to taste
- Butter cream frosting
Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Green Onions and Cilantro

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk; set aside
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sambal oelek
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, quartered
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 (1-inch) piece peeled fresh ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Dad's Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

Directions Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 4 cups cubed cooked turkey meat - light and dark meat mixed
- 4 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
Pierogi Casserole

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer
- 1 orange
- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- seasoned salt, to taste
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 red potatoes, sliced
CHICKEN PAN PIE

FILLING Mix veggies, soups and 1½ soup can of broth Tear chicken and place in casserole Pour mix over chicken
- FILLING
- 1 large can mixed vegetables drained
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled (keep broth)
- TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick melted butter
TEX-MEX POTATO SKINS

Heat oven to 350°F. Scoop out inside of potatoes leaving a 1/4-inch shell
- 3 hot baked potatoes, split lengthwise (see tip)
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese
- 1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions, divided
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 6 tablespoons each salsa and sour cream
- FRANK'S® REDHOT® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Sausage Stuffed Smoked Pork Chops

Instructions Rinse pork chops under cold water
- Thick cut pork chops (1 per person with a couple of extras)
- 1/2 gallon of brine (recipe below)
- 1 lb of ground breakfast sausage (I used hot)
- 1/3 cup mixture of chopped onions, celery and bell peppers (this is called the trinity in cajun cooking)
- (1) batch of Jeff’s Texas style rub
