Cheese Sauce Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat; whisk in flour
- Beecher's Flagship Cheese Sauce
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 14 ounces cheddar cheese, preferably Flagship, grated (about 3 1/2 cups)
- 2 ounces Jack cheese, preferably Just Jack, grated (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mac & Cheese
- Butter or vegetable oil, for baking dish
- 6 ounces penne
- 2 cups Beecher's Flagship Cheese Sauce
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
- 1 ounce Gruyere cheese, grated (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder

In a medium bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, apricot jam, Dijon mustard, Sriracha sauce and garlic
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds pork chops
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 to 6 sprigs rosemary

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 1 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut divided
- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts toasted
- 1 15.25- oz box Yellow or Butter cake mix plus oil, water and eggs to prepare
- 1 3.4-oz box instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1 8-oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup butter softened (1 stick)
- 1 tsp pure pineapple extract
- ½ tsp pure almond extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 8-oz crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Land O’ Lakes unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Domino sugar
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon McCormick vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme, divided
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
