German Apple Pancake

Looking for a winning brunch or dessert? This German Apple Pancake dish is a must try
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Confectioners’ sugar
Chicken Caprese

Yield: 4 servings recipe note: Balsamic vinegar comes in many forms
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 large basil leaves, finely chopped
- 8 oz fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced in 1/2 inch thick slices
- balsamic vinegar, to taste

Cream together butter and sugar
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp almond extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 (21 ounce) cherry pie filling 2 if you like cherries (highly recommend)
- Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 2 Tbs milk
Garlic Parmesan Dill Popcorn

Instructions Use an air popper to pop popcorn
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Ed's White Sangria

Mix all ingredients and refrigerator for at least 2 hours
- 8 oz. apple juice
- 8 oz. mango nectar
- 2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz brandy
- 24 oz white wine (Sauvignon blanc)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 orange
- Fruit (cherries, watermelon, pears, etc.)
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
- Sage-Butter Sauce:
- 2 whole Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 Egg whites
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup Dry bread crumbs; coarse
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon; minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Shallots; minced
- 1/2 cup Dry white wine
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter; cold, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Salt, white pepper; to taste
- 1 teaspoon Fresh sage; minced

- Dressing:
- 1 lb. Spinach Tortellini
- 1 lb. Cheese Tortellini
- 1 T salt
- 2 T oil
- 3 bunches of scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 can (or 2 small cans) black olives (thinly sliced)
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 T dried basil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
- juice from 1 large lemon
- 3 + cloves of garlic finely chopped
