Marinade for Everything

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Spaghetti with Tomatoes, Black Olives, Garlic, and Feta Cheese

In a large glass or stainless-steel bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, feta, capers, parsley, salt, and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds tomatoes (about 3), seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Kalamata or other black olives, pitted
- 1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons drained capers
- 3 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 3/4 pound spaghetti
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Spinach Salad with Mustard Dressing

Mix dressing in a blender

- large bag Baby spinach
- 1 medium Red onion ; sliced
- Bacon ; crisp and crumbled
- Mushroom ; sliced
- Eggs ; hard boiled and sliced
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts, optional
- ~~ -- Dressing -- ~~
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Celery seed
- 3 tablespoon Mustard ; yellow
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- ~~ -- Another Dressing -- ~~
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small Onion ; diced
- Salt & pepper ; to taste
Classic Mac and Cheese

In saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat, blend in flour, salt and mustard
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Cheddar ; 8 oz. shredded
- 2 cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles
- 1/4 cup Buttered bread crumbs
Fresh Strawberry Yogurt Cake

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tb. lemon juice, divided
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. plain or vanilla, Greek yogurt
- 12 oz. fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher ; salt
- 1 pound tricolor pasta ; such as bow tie or fusilli
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 to 3 teaspoons dijon mustard
- Freshly ; ground pepper
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil ; julienned
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 large pickled pepperoncini peppers ; diced
- 3 tablespoons halved black olives
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 ounces feta cheese ; crumbled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated romano cheese
Asparagus Stuffed Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian blend seasoning may sub equal parts dried thyme, basil, oregano, and parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed one storebought "bundle" is about enough
- 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
Manhattan Clam Chowder

Heat 1 tbs if olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat
- 4 cans of clams, drained-reserve liquid
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 ounces pancetta-diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced (1 tbs)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tbs Marsala wine
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole plum tomatoes, strained, juices reserved, tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 potato, preferably Yukon Gold, peeled and cut into 1/2 dice
- 2 tbs parsley
- 1 tbs oregano
- Course salt & pepper to taste
Make Ahead Raspberry Marguarita

1.Place raspberries in a blender and process until smooth
- 1 small container of raspberries
- 1 12 oz. can of frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- juice of 1 lime
- 3-5 cups ice
- lime slices and coarse salt, for serving

- 2 medium Cucumber ; sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Parsley ; minced
- 2 Green onion ; with tops, thinly sliced
- OR-
- 1 large Sweet onion ; thinly sliced
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 or 2 Tomatoes ; cut into wedges, for garnish
