Garlic Herb Chicken and Asparagus-One Pan

Instructions Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides
- Ingredients
- 3-6 chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts (breasts pounded to even 1/2 inch thickness)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil (see note)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Cream of Crab Soup

Melt butter in 3 qt. saucepan on medium heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups milk or half and half
- 1 T Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 t parsley flakes
- 1 lb. lump crab meat
- 3 T sherry
Cranberry Eggnog Pound Cake

Soak cranberries in rum in a small bowl for 15 minutes
- CAKE:
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp dark rum or water
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 cup eggnog mixed with 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- GLAZE:
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp dark rum
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
Pork and Peppers

Heat olive oil in a large pan or skillet over high heat and brown seasoned pork chops on all sides
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes - optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Key Lime Pie

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- 1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk ; chilled
- 4 each Egg yolk ; cold
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice ; cold
- ~~ -- Crust -- ~~
- 8 ounce Graham crackers ; crushed
- 4 ounce Butter ; melted
Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard Sauce

To make the pork: Position an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- For the pork:
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons safflower or grapeseed oil
- For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons safflower or grapeseed oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large shallots, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
Breaded Pork Chops with Bacon Dressing Slaw

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Breaded Pork Chops-
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3/4-1" thick, about 6-8 oz each
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Bacon Dressing Slaw-
- 6 strips of bacon, diced
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 1 cup tart apples (Gala or Braeburn) cored, diced
- 1 tbs all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Slow-Cooker Short Rib Ragu

- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 pounds boneless short ribs, cut into 3-inch pieces
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
- 1 large carrot, diced small
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 sprigs oregano or rosemary
Flank Steak Marinade

- 1 bottle soy sauce - 8 Oz.
- 1 bottle duck sauce
- Ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

- 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
