Vanilla Pastry Cream for Cream Puffs

Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam and bubbles form around the edge
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Roast Chicken with Olive Raisin Sauce

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 2 Chicken breast ; halved
- 10 Sage leaves ; fresh or 24 springs fresh marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 cup Celery ; sliced, 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Onion ; chopped
- 2 large cloves Garlic ; minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Red wine or broth plus 2 tablespoon balsamic vineg
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives ; pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup Golden raisins
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon Marjoram ; fresh, snipped
Pizza Sauce

In a medium bowl, stir tomato sauce and tomato paste until combined and smooth
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 can of refrigerated Grands biscuits (not the flaky layers)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning (I omitted)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 c. plus 2 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract (divided)
- 3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 2 1/2 c. cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (divided)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Rinse and drain shrimp. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat and add onion and garlic
- 1 pound Shrimp ; raw and peeled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 small Onion ; diced
- 2 cloves Garlic ; minced
- 1 large can Whole tomatoes ; I used Italian stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Combine dressing ingredients and add veggies
- 1 small Cabbage ; shredded
- 1 large Green pepper ; diced
- 1 Red onion ; sliced and separated
- 2 Carrots ; shredded
- 2 medium Cucumber ; sliced
- Any other raw veggies you would like to add!
- ~~ -- Dressing -- ~~
- 3/4 cup White vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Salad oil
- 3 cloves Garlic ; on toothpicks - remove before eating

- 1 – 15-ounce can corn kernels, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup seeded and diced bell pepper, any color (about 1 medium pepper)
- 3/4 cup red onion or shallot, small diced
- 1 – 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 – 15-ounce can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro (about 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro)
- 1 to 2 avocados, sliced (optional)
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- 1 to 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste.

- 2 lb. bone-in chicken thighs
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb. baby red potatoes, quartered
- 5 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Grated Parmesan, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley, for serving

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with chicken stock to make a slurry
- 2 pounds (900g) beef round steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon piece of ginger, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 serrano pepper, small diced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
