Asparagus with Sweet and Sour Dressing

Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and paprika in a small container with a tight-fitting lid
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pound Asparagus
- 1/4 cup Red onion ; minced

- 3 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp freshly ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground thyme
- 2 tsp ground sage
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 eggs
- 8 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium soy sauce is best)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- canola oil for frying

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbs fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Simmer potatoes and eggs in salted water to cover in a large saucepan over medium high heat
- For the salad-
- 1 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, quartered into wedges
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 pound green beans
- 8 cups romaine lettuce, torn
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup nicoise or kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- For the Viniagrette-
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbs chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tbs buttermillk
- 1 tbs shallot, minced
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1 jar (12 oz.) Marinated artichoke hearts ; drained
- 6 ounce Bocconcini (mini mozzarella balls) ; halved
- 1 cup Grape tomatoes ; halved lengthwise
- 12 ounce Pepperoni ; sliced
- 1/4 cup Red onion ; thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Green olives ; halved
- 1/4 cup Basil ; fresh, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar and olive oil salad dressing ; bottled
- 1 package (6 oz.) Baby spinach
