- Sparkling Cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
- 3/4 cup water
- Cranberry Cake
- 3 1/3 cups (480g) CAKE flour
- 2 cups (400g) sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups salted butter (340g), room temperature
- 3 eggs, and one extra yolk
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 3 - 3 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, "eye-ball" the amount in batter
- White Chocolate Icing
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- SCANT 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 2-4 cups powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 450°
- Dough
- 2 cups of semolina flour
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- a little over 1 cup of water
- a dash of salt
- Filling
- 3 small to medium sweet potatoes
- around 6 oz. of coconut milk
- 2 chili peppers (I used red serranos)
Chocolate Wasted Cake

To make the cake: (Note: Instead of milk, you can replace it with water or cooled brewed coffee
- cake:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 4 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- frosting:
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/3-1/2 cup whole milk (start out with 1/3 cup of milk and add more milk to your desired consistency)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- liqueur for drizzling on the cake layers (i.e. chocolate, coffee or almond)
- melted chocolate for drizzling, :
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips*
- 2-3 Tbs. heavy cream or vegetable oil
- semi-sweet chocolate chips for the sides of the cake
- assorted chocolate candies for the top of the cake*

- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
