Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

In a blender, add the orange juice, zest, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Nacho Cheese Sauce

- 1 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 ounce cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (to start, see below)
- 1 tablespoon paprika

- 2- 4 tablespoons pickle juice (use less for thicker dip or more for thinner dip)
