  • 45 frozen packaged meatballs, thawed
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (double for extra punch)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

Step 1

1) In 2-qt saucepan, mix preserves, hoisin sauce, vinegar, & ground red pepper. Cook over medium heat until hot.
2) Add thawed meatballs & red bell pepper. Cook until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
3) Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
