- 45 frozen packaged meatballs, thawed
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper (double for extra punch)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

Step 1
1) In 2-qt saucepan, mix preserves, hoisin sauce, vinegar, & ground red pepper. Cook over medium heat until hot.
2) Add thawed meatballs & red bell pepper. Cook until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
3) Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
