Deli Style Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box of tri-colored rotini pasta, cooked according to the directions on the box
  • 1 small head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 large green pepper, chopped small
  • 8-10 mushrooms, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 block chunk Mild Cheddar Cheese, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 block chunk Colby/Monterey blend, cut into bite size pieces
  • 25-30 pieces of pepperoni, cut into quarters
  • 4 slices of deli ham, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box, rinse in cold water
Chop all the veggies, meat and cheese
Add to pasta
Add the Italian Dressing {you will probably use the whole bottle, but use it in stages, adding a little at a time and let the salad rest}
Notes

Liz says... This Pasta Salad is very versatile, you can add whatever extra ingredients you like. It's also best if you make it the day before, to give the pasta some time to soak up the dressing.
