Grape Salad

1.In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, cool whip, sugar and vanilla until blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (8 ounces) lite sour cream
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons sugar splenda blend
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds seedless red grapes
- 2 pounds seedless green grapes
- 2 cups fat free cool whip
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar-to garnish (optional)
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans-to garnish (optional)
Cajun Chicken and Sausage Alfredo

1.Start with a large covered cooking pot
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound of chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced on the diagonal
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 quart of low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 pound of dried penne pasta
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning plus more for topping
- 4 oz of freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of Italian flat leaf parsley, minced
White Chocolate Cranberry Bliss Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup Oat flour [1]
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Baking stevia or 1 cup sweeter that measures like sugar
- 1/2 cup Almond butter or nut butter of choice (softened)
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk of choice)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup White chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips)
- You can make your own oat flour by grinding old fashioned oats in a blender or food processor until smooth

Step 1 Heat oven to 350°F
- 1 package (14 oz) Pillsbury® Simply…® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef
- 2 pounds fresh ground beef
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 1 (29-ounce) can tomato purée...
- 1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 medium-large onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chili powder (use less for milder chili)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin (use more for real flavor)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
One Pot Braised Chicken and Mushroom

Coat the bottom of a large heavy-bottomed skillet with olive oil and set the pan over medium-high heat
- ● 2 lbs bone in, skin on chicken thighs
- ● 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ● 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- ● 1 pound small mushrooms
- ● 2-4 cups chicken stock
- ● 1 cup dry white wine
- ● 1 clove garlic, minced
- ● 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- ● 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- ● extra virgin olive oil, as needed
- ● kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

- Lemon Icing Ingredients:

Ham Sandwiches on Hawaiian Rolls

- 2 -12 packages of sweet Hawaiian rolls (the small dinner roll looking ones)
- 1 1/2 lbs of Virginia ham (NOT honey ham)
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
