Cheesy Chicken Pasta

1. Heat a small amount of oil in a large pot
- 2 cups shredded or diced chicken
- 2 Tbsp minced green onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 can Manwich Bold + 1 can water
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 pound of small dry pasta (I used penne)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8-inch square baking pan
- ● 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ● 1 cup milk
- ● 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- ● 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- ● 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- ● 2 eggs
- ● 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ● 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- ● 1/4 teaspoon salt
Garlic Shrimp Pasta

1.Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water with vegetable oil until al dente
- 1 pound vermicelli pasta
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- GLAZE:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 Eggland’s Best Eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2/3 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 lbs medium fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded parmesan
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. mayonaise
- pinch salt & pepper

In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, honey, egg, oil and vanilla until blended
- 1/2 cup reduced fat creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 2 Tblsp canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup (50 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Bell Pepper Herb Rub, divided
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders (if tenders are large, cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- Canola oil for spritzing vegetables
- 1 pkg (16 oz/450 g) Hawaiian sweet roll bread (see Cook's Tip)
- 4 oz (125 g) Colby & Monterey Jack cheese blend (1 cup/250 mL grated)
