Ho Ho Cake

Chocolate cake is layered with a cream cheese and whipped cream filling, frosted with chocolate frosting, just like
- 1 box Devil's Food cake mix
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 tub milk chocolate frosting
One Hour Cinnamon Rolls

1.) Mix first 4 ingredients together (water, sugar, oil, yeast) and let sit for 15 minutes
- ONE HOUR CINNAMON ROLLS
- This recipe will yield 24 regular size rolls or around 12 HUGE rolls. I like mine huge, lol! Cut recipe in half for less....
- ~3 1/2 cups of warm water
- ~3/4 sugar
- ~1/2 cup of oil (vegetable is fine)
- ~6 tablespoons of quick rise yeast
- ~1 tablespoon of salt
- ~3 eggs
- ~10 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (yes, that's right, lol)
- CINNAMON SUGAR
- ~1 cup of sugar
- ~1 Tablespoon of cinnamon
- FROSTING
- ~1/2 cup of butter
- ~2 dashes of salt
- ~2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- ~6 cups of powdered sugar
- ~milk (as needed)
- An additional 1/2 cup of butter is needed (separated in half for each half of dough) for spreading on dough with cinnamon sugar.
- Make a double batch of frosting if you like a lot of it.
Pumpkin Praline Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350
- For the cake
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 whole large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- For the icing
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Cranberry Bliss Bars

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- BLONDIE LAYER:
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) salted butter, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 6 ounces white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- FROSTING:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 6 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Prosciutto Tortellini

Cook tortellini according to the package directions
- 1 pkg (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 Tblsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup half & half cream
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 10 thin slices prosciutto, chopped
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Lemon Butter Shrimp

Melt a stick of butter in the pan
- 1 stick of butter in the pan.
- 1 lemon
- 1 lb fresh shrimp
- 1 package of dried Italian seasoning
Rhubarb Bread

COMBINE FIRST TWO INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup liquid shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
- Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini Reese cups
Crockpot Cornbread Dressing

Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions
- 2 packages Martha White Buttermilk Cornbread and Muffin mix
- 1 (14-oz) package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 3 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter, cut up

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 3 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 jar (12.25 oz) caramel ice cream topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (16 squares)
