Crab Rangoon Dip

Soften cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute
- 2 cups crab meat
- 16 oz. cream cheese (2 blocks)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Cucumber Dill Salad

In a bowl, combine dill and salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt (I used greek yogurt)
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 medium to large tomato (sliced then cut in quarters)
- 2 slices onion (sliced then cut in quarters)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 tsp dill
- Salt to taste
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 24 ounces broccoli florets*
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Juice of 1 lemon
Perfect Sugar Cookie

1.In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 Tablespoon milk
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Buttercream Frosting
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar, add more depending on personal preference
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream, add more or less depending on personal preference. You can also use milk instead.
- food coloring if you want to change up the color.
Light Chocolate Cake

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS
- 2 CUPS SUGAR (i used have splenda)
- 1 3/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 3/4 CUP BAKING COCOA
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 CUP SKIM MILK
- EGG SUBSTITUTE EQUIVALENT TO 2 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTTRACT
- 1 CUP BOILING WATER
Hawaiian Wedding Cake with Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350° and grease a 9” round pan or 9×13 rectangular pan
- For the cake:
- 1 cup of white sugar.
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- 1 tsp of baking soda.
- 2 cups of all purpose flour.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple with juice.
- 1 cup of finely chopped walnuts.
- 3/4 cup of flaked coconut.
- 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- 1/8 tsp of nutmeg.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp of vanilla.
- For the Frosting:
- 1 (8 ounce package of cream cheese.
- 1 cup of white sugar.
- 1/8 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream.
Tomato Cucumber Salad

For the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until thoroughly blended
- Dill & Garlic Dressing:
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Salad:
- 1 pound tomatoes (cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half, or about 3 large tomatoes, seeded & chopped)
- 1 pound cucumbers (approximately 2 large or 4 small), diced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, drained, pitted, & chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, for garnish
Easy Creamy Mushrooms

Melt butter in a large skillet oven over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 16 ounces cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken*
- 2 (8 count) cans refrigerator crescent rolls
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

1.Add all ingredients except tortillas to a large bowl
- 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese, regular or light, softened
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 5 slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 (10 inch each) flour tortillas
