Combine all ingredients in a large container
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 T. baking soda
- 1/2 of a lemon

- 4 cans sliced beets, drained, reserve liquid
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

Crustless Lemony Cheesecake

Lightly coat with cooking spray a 1 quart souffle dish or casserole that will fit in your slow cooker
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 t. finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 cup warm water
- Fresh raspberries or other fruit(optional)
Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes in lightly salted boiling water 25 to 35 minutes, until fork tender
- 4 to 6 large sweet potatoes (about 4 pounds)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup DaVinci Sugar Free Caramel or English Toffee Syrup or Davinci sugar free Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whole or chopped pecans

- 8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 lower fat cream cheese)
- 4 oz. Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 scoops Click Mocha
- 1/4 cup SF caramel syrup
- 2 T. sweetener
Mini Chocolate-Chip Love Bites

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- scant 1/2 cup applesauce (can sub mashed banana)
- 1/4 cup roasted cashew butter (can sub another nut butter)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chunks
- 2 1/2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 packet stevia or more to taste
