Five Bean Bake

1. *Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans,drained
- 1 (28 ounce) can baked beans
Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken

Mix everything except the chicken
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 t. red pepper sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 t. garlic powder

Garlic Roasted Corn Snack

Weight Watchers
- 1 Tbsp canola oil, or vegetable oil
- 4 medium corn on the cob, raw, kernels removed with a knife
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- Notes
- Check after 25 minutes to make sure smaller pieces of corn are not burning.
- Store any uneaten kernels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To recrisp any soft kernels, reheat in oven on a sheet pan until crispy.
- Add even greater flavor to this recipe by tossing the corn with flavored vegetable oil such as basil- or chili-flavored oil.
Sugar-Free Chocolate Oat Cookies

- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2/3 cup natural peanut butter, optional
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
