Ingredients
- 4 cans sliced beets, drained, reserve liquid
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks

Step 1
Pour beet liquid, vinegar, sugar and cinnamon sticks into a pan. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves; stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over beets and stir; cool. cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
