- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- 1-1/2 cups cherry pie filling, divided

In a large bowl, mix cornmeal and broth; let stand 5 minutes
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 14-16 oz. jar thick and chunky salsa
- 16 oz. whole-kernel corn, drained or add beans instead
- 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded

In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 banana, broken into chunks
- 14 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

- 10 slices cinnamon raisin bread
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups half & half or light cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel

- 3/4 cup Nature Sweet
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream, or Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, do not defrost
- Topping
- 1/3 cup Nature Sweet
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
