  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sofrito
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or water - add enough to desired consistency
