  • 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 3/4 cup shredded provolone
  • 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tablespoons grated Romano
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • 1 jar pizza sauce

Mix sugar, cocoa and flour in 2 cups milk in 2 quart saucepan

  • MERINGUE:
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs, separated (save whites for meringue)
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust, baked
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. marshmallow creme
  • Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and marshmallow creme. Spread on top of pie filling and lightly brown in 400 degree oven.
