Pressure Cooker BBQ Brisket

Combine onion, minced garlic, chili, sugar, chili powder, vinegar, cumin, and salt in a small bowl and mix
- 1 onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 lbs. beef brisket, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 14 oz. can Mexican style diced tomatoes, undrained

Creamy Sauce for Shrimp and Grits

Melt butter in saucepan until it stops sizzling
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 cups chicken broth/stock
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 6 garlic cloves, minced

How to make it Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (2 ounces)

1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order listed
- # 1 cup water
- # 2 tablespoons water
- # 2 tablespoons olive oil (vegetable oil works too)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 yellow onions, finely chopped
- 12 cups dried macaroni
- 4 whole eggs
- 12 Tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 7-1/2 cups whole milk or 1/2&1/2
- 6 teaspoons dry mustard (more if desired)
- Cheeses: 1/2 lb. Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola, crumbled; 1/2 lb. Monterrey Jack, shredded; 1 16 oz. block Velveeta, cut into cubes; 4 oz. smoked Gouda, cubed; 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cans cream of cheddar soup
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Optional spices: cayenne pepper, paprika, thyme
- 9 Tablespoons butter
