- Ingredients of Dressing:
- 1-2 cups of Rice or Risotto
- 1/2 c or 1 cup of Carrots
- 1/2 c or 1 cup of Peas
- s/p to taste
- 3/4 c of canola or less or more
- 2 Tbsp. or more Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic chopped
