  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1-2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning
  • 1/2-1 tsp. fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced tomato {2 large}
  • 1 cup sour cream {8.5oz}
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • Tortilla chips for dipping
