  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, plus 4 lemon wedges
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce, preferably Tabasco
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Homemade Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Mix the mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic, dill, honey, salt, mustard and pepper in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
