Jello with Vanilla Filling

You could use an egg mold or a plastic egg carton, or even an ice tray
- 1 Jello eggs
- 1 3 ounce package Jello
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 8 oz Cream cheese (room temperature
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Grilled Spanish Chicken Supper

Can be cooked in oven, in foil, on a cookie sheet
- 3 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (4 cups)
- 2 medium green or red bell peppers, chopped (2 cups)
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 12 large pimiento-stuffed olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
Maryland Steamed Crabs

Eating crabs in Maryland is a social event
- For The Steaming:
- Serves 4 people, if your lucky, some eat two or three, some six.
- Make sure you have crab hammers, or at least the back of a butter knife to break the claws open.
- 12 Male Blue Crabs as large as you can afford, or can catch
- 3 cups water(Or three beers or however many beers you are willing to give up, but it still needs to be 3 cups of some liquid)
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 1 large container of Old Bay or your favorite Spice Mix
- For Dip: Melted Butter, some people use Ketchup and mayo combined, some like vinegar

Lion House Rolls

Serves: 2 to 2½ dozen
- 2 cups warm water
- 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tablespoons dry yeast (around 2 packages - if you use 2 it's just under 2 Tablespoons but it works)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 cup butter (5 1/3 tablespoons) - plus more for brushing the rolls after baking.
- 1 egg
- 5-5 1/2 cups all purpose flour (bread flour can be used if you have it on hand and will make for a lighter roll)
Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Basically a big ball of cream cheese frosting
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- Graham crackers (they have chocolate graham crackers, so good)

- 3/4 cup melted chicken or duck fat
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 large hard-boiled eggs
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon whiskey, port, or sherry wine
- pinch cayenne powder
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons port wine
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin granules
- pinch of ground allspice
CREAMY LOBSTER SHRIMP STUFFED SHELLS

Serves: 8 servings You could also replace the lobster with jumbo lump crab meat
- 25 jumbo pasta shells
- 5 oz. lobster (about 3 medium tails)
- 2 Tbsp. red pepper, minced
- 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter plus 1/4 cup butter, plus more for lobster
- 1 pkg. frozen shrimp, 71/90 count, thawed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning, plus more for top
- Freshly grated ground pepper and salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups whole milk or half and half
- Few dashes hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
- 1/3 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
