Jello with Vanilla Filling

You could use an egg mold or a plastic egg carton, or even an ice tray. Also could use plastic shot glasses and scoop out the center for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1

    Jello eggs

  • 1

    3 ounce package Jello

  • 1 1/4

    cups Water

  • 1/8

    tsp Salt

  • 1/2

    cup Sugar

  • 1

    tsp Vanilla

  • 8

    oz Cream cheese (room temperature

  • 1/2

    cup Heavy cream

Directions

Combine Jello and hot but not boiling water, place in mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Place in refrigerator for several hours until firmed. Remove jello from mold. With a teaspoon or teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out the center being careful not to go through the jello. In a bowl all other ingredients, mix well. Use a piping bag to fill jello (you could also use a baggie with the tip cut out). Fill the centers of the jello. Chill until time to serve.
