- 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda (sounds weird but trust me)
- 4 – 5 teaspoons of Mild Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoons of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of Beef Broth
- 2 (or more) tablespoons of Water

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (most white part)
- Additional green onions, cooked bacon, tomato, lettuce for garnish, if desired
French Meat Pie

- Pie crusts for two pies-one to eat and one to freeze
- 5-6 rustic potatoes-cooked and mashed-plain (suggest you add salt and pepper)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 teaspoon beef granules
- 1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning
- 1 tspn ground cloves (or for a little milder a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spices but I would just leave this out all together.

- 1 (8-ounce) white crab meat, drained (use backfin or lump crab meat, gently picked through for shell.) I use two cans of lump or one pound of fresh or pasteurized lump or backfin crab meat.
