  • ~ 1 box of Tricolor Rotini Noodles
  • ~ 1 cup of Light Cucumber Ranch Dressing or regular Ranch *You could add any kind of dressing to this that you like.
  • ~ Half of a Green Pepper cut into pieces
  • ~ Half a Red Pepper cut into pieces
  • ~ 1 stalk of celery, chopped finely (optional)
  • ~ Half a cucumber, sliced and cut into pieces.

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 3-4 cloves garlic (I think the more, the merrier!)
  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed

  • 1 lb. lump crab meat (gently picked through)
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 1 pint cream
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 3/4 stick butter (don't think about it, just do it)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced finely, very finely
  • 1 stalk celery. diced finely, again, very finely
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay to sprinkle on top if desired.
  • Salt and Tabasco to taste
  • 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • Dry Sherry, if desired (served at the table to add about 1 tsp per person)
