- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 free range egg
BOSTON CREAM CREPE CAKE

Custard: Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until completely combined
- Crepes:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup veggie oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups of boiling water*
- (Consistency should be like melted ice cream!!)
- Custard:
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 2/3 cup of heavy cream
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Ganache:
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, boiling

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham crackers crumbs, about 10 crackers
- 8 tablespoons butter, plus more for greasing the plate
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa
- Filling
- 3 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 8 tablespoons butter, cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 9 egg yolks
- 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Topping
- 2 cups heavy cream

Crock Pot Ham, Macaroni and Cheese

You can add the various cheeses you prefer
- 1 lb elbow noodles
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 cups of cheese, 1/2 sharp, 1/2 mild
- 2 cups regular milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ham chunks (I just ask the deli people to cut one 1/2 inch thick slice of ham and cut it into chunks.
Creamy Chicken Bake

I would adjust a package of onion soup mix be added for extra flavor
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (I use 4 large breasts)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed )
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed)
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz can Mushrooms drained (stems and pieces - or use fresh) *optional
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chives (chopped)
- Few dashes of Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste

This recipe could be a bit over played by so many different cheeses
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese (softened, room temperature)
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp each, salt & pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 c fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1/8 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 c Romano cheese
