Homemade Chicken and Dumplings Soup

1.Simmer chicken with celery, carrot, and onion in water to cover, until meat falls off the bone
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 or 2 celery ribs and leaves
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- water to cover
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Dumplings
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 c bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c cold water
- 1/2 c fine chop pepperoni (2 oz)

- 1/2 t dried oregano leaves, crushed
