Homemade Granola Muffins

basic recipe
- Basic Recipe - 1 c whole wheat flour + 1 c flour, 1/3 c firm packed lt brown sugar, skim milk, no b soda
- For granola
- 1 c rolled oats
- 2 T blanched almonds, chopped
- 1/4 c sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c raisins
- 2 T lt brown sugar
- for granola put oats in large dry skillet and toast low heat 1 min. add nuts & raisins & cook 6-8 min, until lightly browned. Add sugar and stir quickly for 1 min until it melts. Remove from heat and stir until well mixed.
