Copycat Panera Bread Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Good but needs more cheese and cut broccoli into smaller size bites
- 1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 of a medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups half and half (or 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream)
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped small
- 4 cups broccoli florets (about 1 head)
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces)
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Patatas Bravas Home Fries with Roasted Tomato Aioli

- Olive oil
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 3/4 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 1 large plum tomato, halved, seeded and roasted until soft
- Few dashes hot pepper sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
- Splash aged sherry vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large Russet potatoes, parboiled, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Flat-leaf parsley leaves

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 3 cups cold strong coffee
- 1 cup vanilla or light chocolate soymilk

- 1 c corn syrup
- 1 c sugar
- 3 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/3 c creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
Banana French Toast

- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 egg whites
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 c skim milk
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- veg spray
- 10 slices bread
Provolone Chicken

- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, flattened
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Sprig of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter (optional)

- 1 (14-ounce) package banana bread muffin mix, prepared and baked according to package directions
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable shortening

This is the best recipe I have found for cinnamon rolls
- FROSTING:
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
Chicken and Cheese Fettuccine

In 10" skillet over med heat, in hot margarine, cook garlic 2 min, stir constantly
- 1 T margarine/butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c cooked chicken cut in strips
- 1 - 10 3/4 oz can cond broccoli cheese coup
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
- 3 c hot cooked fettuccine (8 oz dry)
- chop fresh parsley, garnish
Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon Crisco® Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
